Less than two weeks till Christmas!Β
I absolutely love this period, the food, the music, the fuzzy films, the jumpers, the festive atmosphere, board games, spending time with friends and family, and of course doing Christmassy Book Tags…I create this Jingle Bell Tag myself a couple of years ago (others are available), I will tag some people (please don’t feel obligated to do this if you’re really busy), but EVERYONE can do this if you wish!!!

“All I Want For Christmas Is You…” | What book do you want to see under the Christmas Tree?
I have several books on my Christmas list including some nonfiction history books (boring I know) but one book on my list is The Final Reckoning by Sam Bourne.
“Simply Having A Wonderful Christmas Time…” | What book that you have read this year have you enjoyed the most?
The Labyrinth of the SpiritsΒ by Carlos Ruiz Zafon was my favourite this year, honorable mentions go to The Book Thief and Forever and a Day by Anthony Horowitz.
“It’s Beginning to look a lot like Christmas…” | Which book has most festive look to it?
Northern Lights by Philip Pullman always reminds me of Christmas – and given that part of the book is set in the Arctic with polar bears there, it makes for a perfect Christmas read!

Elf | What book unleashes your inner child?
Harry Potter, this could be a popular choice…
The Grinch | Your favourite villain…
Moriarty from theΒ Sherlock HolmesΒ books. He is so deviously clever and manipulative, and his sinister tactics are complex and brilliant, albeit evil.
The Holiday | Name your favourite TWO couples…
The Holiday is one of my favourite Christmas films, and the two couples Cameron Diaz and Jude Law, and Kate Winslet and Jack Black were so good together. Now it’s time to find two couples who are just as amazing. I think I put down Percy and Annabeth from Rick Riordan’s Percy Jackson and Heroes of Olympus series for this question on every book tag before…and this one is no different!

A fun tag! Thanks for recommending “The Shadow of the Wind”. I hope I will finally read it over this festive season.
Let me know if you do, I’m always interested in hearing people’s thoughts on it.
I did do a film version of this book tag a couple of years ago but not many people got involved so have decided against doing it.
Aww thanks for the tag! I’ll have to check out Shadow of the Wind, and I must say … your GIFs are on point! Haha. π
You’re welcome!
I recommend the book to everyone ahaha
Thanks – can’t go wrong with Christmas films π
Thank you so much for the tag. I still can’t believe how fast time is going. Ive still not finished my Christmas shopping!! I love the Holiday. It’s such a brilliant Christmas film and I have to agree with you about Annabeth and Percy. Those two are the ultimate OTP.
