Dashing Through the Snow Tag

Thank you Quirky Book Nerd for tagging me in this! Check out her post relating to this Tag! Christmas is also only 1 WEEK away!!! Anyone else as excited as I am?! I am currently typing this post while wearing my Crimbo jumper. πŸ™‚

The Rules |

  • Thank the curator Astra @ A Stranger’s Guide to Novels. (Thank you Astra for creating this Tag!)
  • Tag five people to spread the Christmas joy!
  • Have fun!

—————————————————————————————————————————————————-

1: Name a book you would like to see under your Christmas Tree.

I’ve cheated and picked three! (I’ll end up cheating more than once in this Tag)

Prince of Mist by Carlos Ruiz Zafron [I have read The Shadow of the Wind and The Angel’s Game. Shadow is the best book I have ever read, so go read it!]

The Wrath and The Dawn by Renee Abdieh [I have seen so many good reviews about it this year, that I definitely want to read it in 2016.]

The Book Thief by Markus Zusak [I’ve criminally seen the film before the book. “hangs head in shame”]

2: A book you’ll be reading during the Christmas season.

I am currently reading Misery by Stephen King. I am 100 pages in and hoping to finish it and write a review before Christmas, so if you are interested in reading my thoughts then watch this space!

3: Favourite Christmas movie.

Love Actually. Probably my favourite film full stop.

4: Do you like snow?

I like light snow. But I doubt there’ll be any snow any time soon.

5: Name a character you would like to spend Christmas Day with.

The Weasley family.

6: To give or to receive.

I like personalising presents for friends and family. I have got chocolates, a digital photo frame and clothing that are all personalised for them with messages, photos and all sorts of funny things.

7: What fictional place would you like to spend Christmas at?

People have said Narnia and Hogwarts, so I’ll try and think of something different…The BurrowΒ anyone?
Then drinks at The Three Broomsticks on New Year’s Eve.

8: Fondest Christmas memory.

It is hard to pick a single memory, as spending the day with the family every year is perfect enough.

9: Can you say Christmas tree ten times FAST in a row (Pronouncing it correctly!)?

Yes!Β πŸŽ„Β πŸŽ„Β πŸŽ„Β πŸŽ„Β πŸŽ„Β πŸŽ„Β πŸŽ„Β πŸŽ„Β πŸŽ„Β πŸŽ„

  1. Loved reading all of your answers! I totally need to get to The Wrath and The Dawn sometime soon; it sounds like it’s going to be fantastic. Love Actually is one my all-time favorite films as well! And I love that you chose the Burrow. That would be a perfect place to spend Christmas!
Thanks for doing the tag πŸ™‚

  2. The Book Thief is one of my all time favourite books and I do hope you get the chance to read it soon. I can definitely see the Weasley household being full of fun family festivities.

  3. I’d send you the Wrath and the Dawn for Christmas, just cause its so good you have to read it now!!! But… i dont have extra cash. Maybe next Christmas. Lol
